Return and Refund Policy

At Lyba Fleur, providing exceptional products and services for those special moments and ‘just because’ moments is our specialty! We hope that you will LOVE your product and that it will bring delight. However, should you ever not be satisfied with your purchase, please refer to our refund and cancellation policy below:

Dried Flower Return Policy: Due to the delicate nature of dried flowers, and the fact that all our Dried Flower Products are made-to-order, we are unfortunately unable to accept dried flower returns. We maintain a very high standard for all our arrangements at Lyba Fleur and ensure you will only ever receive beautiful and bold flowers!

Fresh Flower Return Policy: Due to the nature of fresh flowers and their perishable nature, we are unfortunately unable to accept fresh flower returns. We maintain a very high standard for all our arrangements at Lyba Fleur and ensure you will only ever receive beautiful and fresh flowers!

Cancellations: If for any reason you need to cancel your order, please get in touch within 6 hours of placing your order . Please note that after this time, it will not be possible to cancel.

In case of damage item received:

  1. All returns must be reported within 48 Hours of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
  2. Our replacement policy requires an unboxing video within 48 hours of receiving the package for any potential damage to file a replacement claim.
  3. All return requests will have to get approved before processing. If a request is found eligible, reward points will be credited to your respective account.
  4. Refund in Store Credit: We provide the option of store credits when exchanging items / returning items. In this scenario, only return charges will be applicable. The store credits are available instantly once we receive the items and can be used for any future purchases.
  5. Products sold during promotional sales and Made to order products are not eligible for return or refund. Please contact Customer Care for any queries or to initiate a return process.
