SHIPPING POLICY
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (WITHIN INDIA)
All orders placed will be dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.
Normal delivery time within Delhi is 1-2 days, while other cities may take 2-8 days, varying from location to location.
Our operating days are Monday to Saturday.
Any orders placed on Saturday, post 2:00 PM, will be dispatched on the following working day.
We do not process orders or dispatches on Sundays.
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
10% cancellation charges are applicable for cancellation or non-acceptance on the client’s side.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic crisis, there may be a slight delay in the delivery of your order.
The tracking status would be shared with you via auto email alerts.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All orders placed will be dispatched within 3-5 business days.
Normal delivery time for international orders would be 15-25 days, varying from country to country.
The system would auto-calculate the shipping cost based on your location.
International orders would be shipped by DHL / FedEx / India Post.
We are not liable for the custom taxes levied on you by the law of your country. You may need to contact your local customs office in case of any discrepancies regarding duties levied on your package.

COVID-19 Amendment – Return pickup service may not be available in various regions.
For hygiene reasons, we do not offer a try and return policy. However, only if the product delivered is not as described, customers would have all the right to return the product.
You can also place Return requests through direct login in your registered account, email, or WhatsApp.
Following are the guidelines for such returns:
- Return of your purchase can be initiated within 2 days from the time of delivery. All BAKEWARE & OTHER ITEMS EXCEPT EDIBLE ITEMS will be covered under the 1-day replacement policy, which is described on the product page.
- Once you initiate the return, our courier partner will pick the product from your doorstep, and we shall refund the entire cost of the product.
- For locations which are not supported for return pickups, the product has to be shipped back to us by the customer. In such cases, a maximum of Rs 50 will be refunded towards the cost of return shipping charges on submission of proof.
- The buyer is expected to pack the product intact to avoid any damage in transit. The refund will be initiated once we receive the product back in good quality and in new and unopened condition along with the original packaging.
- Some products, due to their nature, are marked as “NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCT”. In such cases, the same will be displayed prominently on the product page. We will not accept the return of these products irrespective of the reason for return. These products need to be purchased at the buyer’s risk.
- For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for edible products & other decorative items such as toppers, bake and serve packaging items.
- Dessert Stands are made to order, so once the order is placed, they are non-returnable, non-refundable, and cannot be cancelled.
IN CASE YOU HAVE RECEIVED INCORRECT/DAMAGED PRODUCT: An Opening Video is a must for all damaged items as parcels are damaged in transit by courier companies so proof is sent to them to get a claim. The team will investigate the same. Once approved, the return will be picked up from your Shipping Address. The Shipping Cost will be borne by us.
IN CASE YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT: The refund will be issued only if the Product is unused. Also, the shipping charges paid in the original order are not refundable. One side shipping has covered by the customer. Also, if the product has been used, then the refund will not be issued, and we request you to keep the product. If the product is still sent back, then in that case, a refund will not be issued, and the product will be disposed of permanently and cannot be resent/claimed back. THE RETURNED PRODUCT SHOULD REACH US WITHIN 7 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY WITH THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order:
- Orders paid by credit/debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit/debit card within 7 working days, and the refund will reflect in the next statement.
- Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to the bank account.
For all returns, we reserve the right to decide if a request for return can be accepted or not.
CANCEL ORDER: For Order Cancellation – 10% charges are deducted, including shipping, from the refund amount if the parcel is already processed on our end. Kindly contact customer support for more information.
